Professional Mentoring/Supervision Sessions
I provide professional mentoring sessions for allied health professionals online around neuroaffirming practice, neurodivergent clients, including Autistic clients with the PDA profile or who are experiencing an increase in demand avoidance, and other complex clients.
I'm also able to support through observing and/or co-running a session (if local or able to travel to the clinic) providing recommendations or modelling strategies to support and engage your client.
This mode of support is one that I have regularly engaged in as the Director of her two neuroaffirming allied health centres since 2021.
Coaching & Training for Early Childhood Services
I offer on-the-floor coaching and mentoring for preschool, kindergarten, and early learning staff using School Readiness Flexible Funding.
I work directly with educators and support staff in real time to:

Provide hands-on support and feedback

Help services implement neuroaffirming, inclusive tools that reduce stress and support regulation

Available as one-off visits or ongoing engagement. This may be eligible under SRF Flexible Funding streams.
