Neurodiversity & Educational Consulting

I provide professional development and consulting services to early childhood centres, kindergartens, schools, allied health, disability, and community organisations looking to build neuroaffirming and inclusive practices.

I work with teams to unpack challenges, reframe behaviour support strategies, and co-design practical solutions.

Example topics include:

  • Understanding and supporting Autistic, ADHD, and PDA profile

  • Supporting Neurodivergent Staff

  • Neuroaffirming practice

  • Creating a Neuro-inclusive Workplace

  • Supporting children/students whose behaviour challenges us

  • Neurodivergence in the classroom

  • Strengths-based school readiness approaches

  • Responsive practice and environment adjustments

Consultations for schools and early childhood services can involve observations, recommendations, and reports being provided in relation to children who are struggling to attend or remain at school, neurodivergent students (Autism, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile & ADHD), and behaviour that challenges.

Support can also be provided around policy, planning, procedural and environmental adjustments. Early Childhood Services may be able to access the School Readiness Flexible Funding (SRF) for these services.

Consultations for other organisations and business can involve consults with neurodivergent staff, upskilling for all levels of management in relation to supporting neurodivergent staff and facilitating problem solving and discussions between neurodivergent staff and management. Support can also be provided around policy, planning, procedural and environmental adjustments.
